GTA 3 was the PS2's flagship game when it was released in 2001 and went on to become the best selling game that year. Although the basic concept and mission structure remains the same, it's the first game in the GTA series featuring a fully 3D world.

| Flamethrower in Portland save point | Put out 20 fires on Portland. |
| Flamethrower in Staunton Island save spot | Put out 20 fires on Staunton Island. |
| Flamethrower in Shoreside Vale save spot | Put out 20 fires on Shoreside Vale. |
| Borgnine Taxi | Complete 100 taxi missions. |
| Police bribes | Complete 20 vigilante missions. |
| BF Injection | Complete the Sayonara Salvatore mission and it will appear at Misty's apartment in the evenings in Hepburn Heights |
